“The next great troubador . . . ” - Paste Magazine

Normally, you’re not supposed to write your own bio.  It would be better if someone else wrote this and told you things about me.  But I decided, I’d just tell you myself.

Over the last couple of years, my songs have been placed in a number of television shows like Flashpoint, Smallville, One Tree Hill, Hawthorne, Ghost Whisperer and Army Wives.  You can watch one of those clips here.

I’ve  also had the great privilege of touring extensively with artists like Ron Sexsmith, Kasey Chambers, Grace Potter, Over the Rhine, Ben Sollee, and Greg Laswell among others.  I’ve also supported Josh Ritter, Maria Muldaur, Aqualung, Ben Lee, Maria Taylor and Ben Taylor.

I’ve released 5 projects so far– So Black, So Bright (2002); Extended Play (2004); I Feel Like A Fading Light(2006); The Greatest Story EP (2008) and Little Miracle (2010) and in the summer of 2011, I starred in my first film:  I Used To Be Darker.

Currently, I’m working on a new record due out sometime and at some point.
